Have You Wondered Why I Am Hosting This Gong Immersion?

Over four years ago, I attended one of Jarek’s gong immersions for the very first time. At that point, I had already experienced many different healing modalities and spiritual gatherings, yet I have never been someone who easily relaxes into energetic spaces or traditional sound baths. I tend to be very aware of the energy in a room, the people around me, and how the collective energy is being held.

What immediately stood out to me about Jarek was not simply the sound of the gongs, but his ability to connect with the energy of the people in the room. There was an intentionality to the experience that is difficult to explain unless you have experienced it for yourself. He was not simply playing instruments. He was holding energetic space.

For the first time in a long time, I felt safe enough to fully surrender into the experience.

That stayed with me.

Since then, I have invited Jarek to every retreat I have hosted because I wanted my guests to experience what I experienced: the feeling of being energetically supported, held, and gently guided into a deeper state of release and transformation.

And he has never disappointed me or my guests.

Each experience feels unique because he works intuitively with the collective energy of the room. The vibration of the gongs, the frequencies, and the energetic flow create something that truly cannot be explained with words alone. It is something that must be felt.

At my most recent retreat, I had a moment where I realized that I wanted to bring this experience to Virginia Beach and into my new space. One of the reasons I created this new environment was to allow room for experiences exactly like this — experiences where people can feel comfortable, safe, supported, and energetically open.

This is not simply a sound bath.

This is a full immersion experience.

It is an opportunity to disconnect from the noise of everyday life and allow your nervous system, your energy, and your spirit to reset in a way that words often cannot fully describe.

Whether you are spiritually experienced or completely new to this kind of work, my intention is for you to feel welcomed, comfortable, and safe within the energy of the space we are creating together.

I truly believe some experiences are meant to be felt rather than explained.
