Where is the retreat held?

In Sandbridge, Virginia Beach, Virginia. Full address and travel details are shared with registered guests.

Do I need spiritual or healing experience?

No. The retreat is designed for anyone ready to transform, brand new to this work or deeply experienced. You'll be supported exactly where you are.

Are meals and accommodations included?

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided for all attendees. Overnight accommodation options vary by retreat and sell out quickly, waitlist members hear first.

What if I can't pay in full right now?

Financing is available through a third-party provider (Denefits) with no credit check. Details are shared when registration opens.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothing, a swimsuit, a yoga mat, a journal, an open heart, and anything that helps you feel grounded (crystals, oracle cards). A full packing list is sent after registration.

What's the nearest airport?

Norfolk International Airport (ORF), about a 40-minute drive from the retreat location.
