Discover the Real You: What Really Happens in This Workshop

Discover the Real You is not a talk, it’s a two-day experience. You work with stones, a blank canvas, and a room full of kind strangers to release what weighs you down and remember who you are. Here I’ll share what truly happens inside this space and how to claim one of the 24 spots before September 12.

What Discover the Real You Really Is

Discover the Real You is an intimate weekend workshop designed so you don’t just hear about transformation—you live it with your own hands. You don’t come to take notes or memorize concepts. You come to step into a safe room, turn down the noise of the world, and meet yourself without masks or outside expectations.

For two full days, you work with simple but powerful elements: stones, a blank canvas, and your own presence. Surrounded by people who, like you, are ready to let go of what weighs them down, you move through a guided process that feels more like coming home than attending a traditional course. The intention is that you leave feeling lighter, clearer, and much more yourself.

What Happens Inside the Workshop

Many people ask what really happens in the workshop. The honest answer is that you don’t just listen to someone talk about inner change—you embody it. Everything is designed so your mind, body, and spirit participate together. It’s not about someone telling you who you are; it’s about you remembering it from the inside out, through direct experience.

You’ll work in circle, in silence, and in dialogue. There will be moments of deep reflection and others of simple shared presence. The stones, the canvas, and the symbols you create become their own language—a map of what weighs you down and what you’re ready to release. Nothing is forced, nothing is put on display: every step is gently guided, honoring your pace and your boundaries.

Day One: Arriving and Softening

The first day begins the moment you walk through the door. You notice the world becoming quieter. We sit in a circle and you’re invited to set down, just for one weekend, everything you carry for others: responsibilities, expectations, constant notifications. No phone pulling at you. No one asking you for anything. That simple gesture is already a kind of medicine we almost never allow ourselves.

From there, we begin the real work—but gently. It’s not about reliving old wounds, but about looking at them with honesty and compassion. I walk you through each step so you can loosen tensions you’ve held for years, often without realizing it. The room, the energy of the group, and the unhurried rhythm create a safe container where, finally, you can let your guard down.

The Pebbles and the Rocks: What Weighs You Down and What You Choose

One of the key moments on the first day comes when you receive a handful of stones. Over the course of the weekend, you decide what each one represents: the smoother pebbles as aspects of your life, the heavier rocks as beliefs and burdens that are dragging you under. No one tells you what they mean. You sit with each stone until you know—with that quiet certainty that doesn’t come from the head, but from the heart.

When you finally open your hand and release one of those “rocks,” the relief is not an idea. You feel it in your shoulders, in your chest, in your breath. Many people are surprised to notice so much in their bodies when they let go of something they thought was “only in their mind.” It’s a powerful reminder that what you carry inside also weighs on you on the outside—and that you’re more ready than you think to set it down.

The Canvas and the Path: Seeing Your Life with New Eyes

On the first day, the blank canvas also appears. On it, you draw your own path, marking important stops with small white stones. A North Star might appear to guide you, a cabin in the woods you can always return to, the winding road that has brought you here. It sounds simple. It isn’t. It’s a deep act of honesty with yourself.

When you finally step back and look at what you’ve created, many people find themselves in silence, with soft tears in their eyes. They’re seeing their own life laid out in front of them and recognizing—maybe for the first time—how far they’ve come and where they’re truly headed. This is learning through experience, not theory, in the same body–mind–spirit tradition that has been explored for decades at the A.R.E. of Edgar Cayce here in Virginia Beach.

Seeing your path laid out on the canvas reveals progress and destinations your mind forgets.

Day Two: Rising and Bringing It Home

The second day is devoted to integration. After the gentle intensity of the first day, we slow the pace even more so that what you discovered doesn’t evaporate the moment you walk out the door. You revisit your path, your stones, what you released, and what you chose to keep. We put simple words to what shifted in you so you can recognize it when you return to everyday life.

We practice how to carry your calmer, clearer self into the week ahead: into your conversations, your decisions, your boundaries. If you wish, you also leave with a small daily practice—like pulling an oracle card each morning—to keep the conversation with yourself alive. It’s not a weekend “high,” but the beginning of a more honest, loving relationship with who you really are.

Practical Details of the Workshop

Discover the Real You takes place on September 12 and 13, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. both days, at my space in Virginia Beach. It’s an in-person gathering, carefully designed so the room feels like a refuge: intimate, quiet, and welcoming. You don’t need any previous experience with spiritual or therapeutic work—just bring your presence, comfortable clothing, and a willingness to truly listen to yourself.

This workshop is also the first doorway into a longer path. The autumn gatherings lead, for those who feel called, to a spring retreat by the ocean. If you’d like to know the full story of why I created this space, I share it in detail in a separate note, where I tell the story of my own journey that led me here.

Investment, Spots, and How to Reserve Your Place

The investment for the full weekend is $222. The price includes both workshop days, all materials (stones, canvas, and other symbolic elements), and close support throughout the entire process. I’ve chosen to keep the group intentionally small: there are only 24 seats, because this room is meant to feel intimate, not crowded.

If you’re reading this far, it’s likely that some part of you is already leaning toward that room. Trust that feeling. To claim one of the 24 spots before September 12, you can reserve your seat directly or review all the details in the events calendar. Places are assigned in order of reservation, and once the group is full, registration closes to protect the intimacy of the space.

An Invitation, from Heart to Heart

Discover the Real You doesn’t promise to fix your life in two days. What it does offer is something more honest: a place where you can stop holding everything up for a moment, remember who you are beneath the roles and obligations, and leave with concrete steps to live more aligned with that truth. Two days where you don’t have to prove anything—you just get to be.

If you feel the call, even softly, listen to it. There are 24 seats, kept small on purpose. When you’re ready, reserve yours or review the full information in the events calendar. It would be an honor to spend those two days by your side.

With love,
Nancy
