This 2 hour classis designed to introduce children from 5 to 10 to energy work.
The class is designed for the parent and child to dicover and work together the many ways that energy affects us every day .
We will introduce  breath work, meditation , intuition , sound energy, movement of energy, vizualization  and more .
This are amazing tool for children to find innerpeace in the everyday life .
The cost is for 1 parent and 1 child
This class is hands on so the group will be small.
