As December arrives and the days grow shorter, there's a beautiful paradox unfolding around us. While darkness stretches longer across our evenings, cultures around the world respond by lighting candles, hanging luminous decorations, and gathering in the glow of warmth and connection.

This isn't coincidence, it's wisdom passed down through generations.

The Season of Inner Light 🕯️

Just as nature turns inward during winter, so too does our soul invite us to journey into our own depths. These longer nights are not something to fear or rush through, but rather an invitation to do the sacred shadow work that helps us grow.

When we look back at the year behind us, we're not just reviewing a calendar of events.

We're honoring how far we've come, acknowledging what we've overcome, and recognizing the strength we've built often in ways we couldn't see while we were in the midst of the journey.

From this place of honest reflection, something miraculous happens: the light emerges.

Not the light that was always there, burning bright and obvious, but the deeper light—the one born from wisdom, from resilience, from choosing hope even when the path ahead seems unclear.
