1. How to Login

Logging into your account is simple and straightforward. Follow these steps to access your account:

  1. Navigate to the Login Page: Click on the “My Account” link located at the top right corner of the homepage.
  2. Enter Your Credentials:
    • Username or Email: Enter the username or email address associated with your account.
    • Password: Enter your password.
  3. Click on the Login Button: Once you’ve entered your credentials, click on the “Login” button to access your account.
  4. Forgot Your Password?: If you’ve forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot Password?” link. Follow the instructions to reset your password via email. Be sure to check all email accounts you have access to, including your spam/junk folders, for the reset email.

2. Placing an Order

Browsing and Adding Items to Cart

  1. Browse Products: Navigate through the product categories or use the search bar to find the items you want to purchase.
  2. Add Items to Cart:
    • Click on the product you want, select any options (such as size or color), and click “Add to Cart”.
    • For booking appointments:
      • Select the service you wish to book.
      • Choose the date and time from the available slots.
      • Click “Book Now” to add the appointment to your cart.
  3. View Cart: Once you’ve added all desired items, click on the cart icon at the top right corner of the page to review your selections.
  4. Proceed to Checkout: Click the “Proceed to Checkout” button.

Checkout

  1. Enter Shipping Information: Fill in your shipping address and contact details.
  2. Enter Payment Information: Provide your payment details. Ensure all information is accurate to avoid any issues.
  3. Review and Submit Your Order: Double-check your order summary, shipping information, and payment details. Click “Place Order” to complete your purchase.
  4. Order Confirmation: After submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Be sure to check all your email accounts, including spam/junk folders, for this email.

3. Payment Issues

If you encounter issues with your payment, follow these steps to resolve them:

New Payment Failed

  1. Check Payment Details: Ensure that all entered payment information is correct, and that the billing information matches the information associated with the card you are trying to use.
  2. Retry Payment: Attempt the payment again after verifying the details.
  3. Contact Your Bank: If the issue persists, contact your bank to check for any restrictions.

Subscription Payment Failed

  1. Common Causes: Insufficient funds, expired card, or incorrect details.
  2. Updating Payment Information:
    • Log into your account.
    • Navigate to “My Account” > “Payment Methods”.
    • Update your payment details and save changes.
  3. Restarting Your Subscription:
    • Go to “My Account” > “Subscriptions”.
    • Click on the subscription you want to restart.
    • Follow the prompts to reactivate it.

4. Redeeming Coupons and Gift Cards

How to Redeem Your Package Coupons

  1. Find Your Coupon Code: Log into your account and navigate to “My Account” > “My Coupons”.
  2. Copy the coupon code: You can double click on your coupon code to highlight it and then right-click and select “copy” to copy your code. On a mobile device you can usually tap and hold on your code and then select “Copy” to achieve the same thing.
  3. Select your appointment type: Select the eligible appointment next to your coupon code and click on it to set your appointment date and time.
  4. Add to cart: Once you have selected your desired Date and time, click “Book Now” or “Select Options” to proceed to checkout.
  5. Enter Coupon Code: On the checkout page, click the button near the top that says “Click here to enter your coupon code”. Then enter your coupon code in the designated field. You can type it in manually or, if you copied it as described in step 2, you can right-click the field (or tap and hold on mobile) and select “Paste”.
  6. Apply Coupon: Click “Apply Coupon” to see the discount reflected in your total.
  7. Click “Place Order” to Complete Your Purchase.

How to Redeem Your Monthly Subscription Coupons

  1. Find Your Coupon Code: Log into your account and navigate to “My Account” > “My Coupons”.

How to Redeem a Gift Card

  1. Find Your Gift Card Code:
    Log into your account and navigate to “My Account” > “Gift Cards”.
    OR
    Find Your Gift Card Code in the email you received when it was purchased on your behalf. 
  2. Copy the coupon code: You can double click on your coupon code to highlight it and then right-click and select “copy” to copy your code. On a mobile device you can usually tap and hold on your code and then select “Copy” to achieve the same thing.
  3. Add Items to Cart: Select the items you want to purchase and add them to your cart.
  4. Proceed to Checkout: Click on the cart icon and proceed to checkout.
  5. Enter Gift Card Code: On the checkout page near the bottom, you should see a field that says “Have a gift card?” Enter your coupon code in that field. You can type it in manually or, if you copied it as described in step 2, you can right-click the field (or tap and hold on mobile) and select “Paste”.
  6. Apply Gift Card: Click “Apply” to see the gift card amount deducted from your total.
  7. Click “Place Order” to Complete Your Purchase.

5. Managing Your Account

Updating Personal Information

  1. Log into Your Account: Navigate to “My Account”.
  2. Access Account Details: Click on “Account Details” to view and update your personal information.
  3. Update Information: Edit your name, email address, and other personal details as needed.
  4. Save Changes: Click “Save Changes” to update your information.

Changing Your Password

  1. Log into Your Account: Navigate to “My Account”.
  2. Access Account Details: Click on “Account Details”.
  3. Change Password: Enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password.
  4. Save Changes: Click “Save Changes” to update your password.

Managing Shipping and Billing Addresses

  1. Log into Your Account: Navigate to “My Account”.
  2. Access Addresses: Click on “Addresses” to view and edit your shipping and billing addresses.
  3. Edit Address: Click “Edit” next to the address you want to update.
  4. Update Address: Enter the new address details and click “Save Address”.

Managing Payment Methods

  1. Log into Your Account: Navigate to “My Account”.
  2. Access Payment Methods: Click on “Payment Methods” to view your current payment options.
  3. Add a New Payment Method:
    • Click “Add Payment Method”.
    • Enter the details for your new payment method.
    • Click “Save” to add it to your account.
  4. Update Existing Payment Method:
    • Find the payment method you want to update.
    • Click “Edit” and make the necessary changes.
    • Click “Save” to update the information.
  5. Delete Payment Method:
    • Find the payment method you want to remove.
    • Click “Delete” and confirm the deletion.
